Led by Simon Lannon at Cardiff University, this work package has sought to develop modelling tools at the building, street and regional level to inform decision making for retrofit. Working with stakeholders and experts from academia and practice, it has employed system dynamics models to understand processes of systemic retrofit, as well as broadening the modelling lens to look at more radical systems innovation than many current approaches.
